Known as Twisted Metal: World Tour in Europe and Twisted Metal EX in Japan, Sony's car combat sequel originally released in 1996 and refined the formula of its predecessor with improved graphics and tighter gameplay. In this Twisted Metal 2 cheats guide, we're going to share all cheat codes and Passwords for the game.

Below is a list of Twisted Metal 2 cheats, including all cheat codes and Passwords. We've divided the guide into more general gameplay cheats and level select cheats. The former cheat codes are inputted during gameplay using button presses, while the level select codes are inputted using the Password screen. Please note that if you're playing the emulated PS5 and PS4 versions of the game, some of the cheat codes will disable Trophies, however you can still use level select to get the Platinum.

If you want to use cheats to get the Platinum Trophy, it's possible to do so by using God Mode to lower Dark Tooth's health by around 50 per cent in his second phase. At this point, re-enter the God Mode button prompts to disable it and die once. You can now defeat the second phase of Dark Tooth and the Trophy will unlock.

The gameplay focused Twisted Metal 2 cheats, like God Mode, can be input during a match by simply entering the button combinations outlined on this page. A notification will appear and a sound will play if you entered them correctly. The level select codes need to be entered into the Password section after selecting One Player from the main menu.
